About the teacher
IM Illia Golichenko: Chess coach and International Chess Master from Ukraine, with over 20 years of chess experience.
During my coaching career, I have worked with over 180 students from more than 40 countries, aged from 6 to 70, with different chess levels: from beginners to advanced players with a rating of over 2300.
Having a background in psychology (I have a degree in psychology) and applying my knowledge in chess lessons, I show the connection of chess with life and how chess can help in real life, and how students can use it in their lives.
I use an individual approach to each student, show my students the beauty of chess and try to find their interest and work with inspiration, so I create my lessons with humor and make them useful and interesting

The best way to learn chess games is to do it with the explanations of experienced chess players. You will learn 33 complete games, in detail, move by move, including the reason for each one with an experienced guide.

Has graduated from the unique Bulgarian National Sports Academy with a chess pedagogy profile.
Coach of the team of Wales in the last two Olympiads . Conducted training camps in various countries.
About the course
In this course, you will learn various aspects of the game. It will help you to improve your game overall. You will learn important topics from the positional game, common combinations. Also many new openings and some important endgames.
